    Easy Stylish Holiday Decor

Raise your hand if you’d like to add a big punch of holiday decor fun for not a lot of money!?!

Well, consider grabbing a few throw pillows, some sheep skin throws and a cozy blanket or two. So much of holiday decor veers into cheesy that when I see some that is actually stylish, I jump all over it! And all the items I’ll mention below are under $50 so it’s not a big investment during this budget straining time of year.

I posted a picture on Instagram with me reading on my couch last week, and got so many DM’s asking where the cute pillows were from, that I decided to write a quick post for you…so both the fun Christmas in the City print pillow and Fa La La pillow are from Target! Aren’t they just the cutest ever? Target also have a number of other options this year that are darling.

I mean, how’s a girl supposed to resist a little holiday cheer – especially when it includes tassels and cute prints!?!

This by the way is not an affiliate or sponsored post – it’s a slice of my real life. On the chair (in the photo above) is my teal super cozy throw blanket is at Nordstrom, runs $39.50 and comes in 20 colors. I’ve had mine for going on 2 years and it washes great and still looks new. Plus snuggling up in it is like being wrapped in velour heaven! Over 1,000 reviewers agree with me and have given it 5 stars/5 on their website.

And last, but definitely not least, the sheepskins on the ottoman (also above) are so awesome that I keep the pair out well beyond the holidays. They’re a steal for $ 29.99 each at IKEA. One note on these is that because they are natural, there can be a range in the color tone of them, and if you want close to a white like I did, it’s best to go to a store vs. ordering them online. If you’re just getting one however, I think you’d be quite happy with an online order. I use them on my office chair as well and they make working much nicer in both winter and summer.
